Refund and Cancellation Policy
SaaS/AI Subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
- Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds.
- Trials: Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.
Service Solutions:
- Cancellations within 30 days of service may be subject to up to 50% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling may incur fees.
- If service not delivered due to our fault, full refund is due.
Physical Products:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Customers pay return shipping.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Refunds processed within 10–15 business days after inspection.
Digital Services (SaaS & AI):
Access provided immediately upon payment and account activation.
Service-Based Solutions:
Scheduled by agreement and confirmed by email. Site access requirements will be communicated.
Physical Goods:
- Orders processed within 3–5 business days.
- Standard shipping timelines:
US/Canada 5–10 business days; EU 7–14 days; Global 10–20 days.
- Carriers: General carriers such as UPS/FedEx/local services.
- Fulfillment from central warehouse and partner suppliers.
- Risk of loss passes on delivery.
- International customers responsible for customs/duties.
- Report damaged/lost items within 7 days of delivery.
